Brackenfell branch
I was assisted buy Gio from this branch.
We bought the car online as we stay in the Eastern cape.
So to start off the add stated a spare key and even the tag received with the vehicle stated spare but no spare key was received.
We paid on the road costs and still we have to pay for number plates and registration of this vehicle.
There was alot of issues never disclosed when we spoke about the vehicle.
I would absolutely not recommend this branch or Gio

08 Apr 2024, 09:10So after raising my complaint with MFC and finally getting feedback from WeBuyCars i was told that the vechile does not come with a spare key.Funny thing is that the tag that was attached to the key said spare key and it was ticked yes.
I was told no repairs would be done as the incident is related to wear and tear wher ei reported the incident withing 7days to webuycars and Gio from this branch.
I was quoted and charged for a mirror replacement that clearly was never replaced.
I still done have my registratin papers and number plates and the car was bought in January 2024.
I will not recommend anyone buy from Webuycars or this branch as Gio is a totally unprofessional person and purposely witholdin information from customers so they can buy the vehicle then not reply so the customer can be left with alot of damage to repair.
