Boy court webuycars so unprofessional

All the people commenting that this is fine are lying. The WhatsApp and call center service is terrible. They don’t care about their clients or keeping them informed.

I’ve been calling since Wednesday. My car was taken in on Monday and I still have zero feedback or information about the issue. At this point I feel like I need to just go fetch my car myself tomorrow.

Honestly, it feels like a ****. Don’t buy a car from We Buy Cars. It only gets worse. At the Montana and Germiston branches the service is awful. The call center also just drops calls and never calls you back. That shows how unprofessional they are.

I’m warning everyone: don’t buy from them.
