Bought vechile from Jns Motors which they bought from We buy cars outstanding license cant get papers

I bought a Cheff sparky 2013 model from JNS motors in Zambesi cash . The salesman Kobus told me that I can pick the registration papers up on Wednesday.

It is almost 3 weeks know no papers . The bought the vehicle from we buy cars and they bought it from a Company there is outstanding licence money on the vehicle. I paid cash why did the salesperson told me the truth . He took almost 2 weeks to tell me what is going on. I phoned We buy cars head office talk there to Ryno and he said that his Registration lady will get in touch with me soon . Still nothing from her. I ask them I can they sell a vehicle if they know the money on the license is still outstanding. I need urgent response in this matter
