BOUGHT THE CAR CASH WITH NO PAPERS

Very Bad experience, Bought a car cash at silver lakes end of March 2021. They asked for a few days to sort the paperwork, I checked after 21 Days, They said they will sort it out. I received a call stating that the owner of the vehicle immigrated and they do not have the papers and I should bring back the car. how ridiculous. KEEP IN MIND THAT I HAVE ALREADY SPENT REPARING THE CAR. Such an inconvenience
