Bought a car, still not registered after almost a year.

I bought a car 24/10/2022 from WBC Qqeberha to be deliver to Midstream.

First off, the experience was HORRIBLE. Having to wait around for more than 5 hours as the car was missing and no Finance person was informed that they would have to process the deal at Midstream. This was after it was confirmed delivered and I was told to come pick it up. I received the car dirty, no real red bow or nothing. Just a cheers take your car.

Then came the issue of registration, I was told by the sales person and FNI who did my deal that they would register the car and I do not need temporary plates as the license was still valid. Now almost a year later, I received my first fine from Metro police as the license expired and is still not registered.

I have sent numerous emails trying to have this resolved, sent complaints to the complaint line with no response.

Really pathetic. I do not recommend this service at all.
