Bought a car but can't start it!?
I had a very bad experience with the car I bought cash from webuycars in PE. After receiving the car, the following day the battery was flat and couldn't start. The battery is bad, hence n told the test was done but no picture of the proof, now m sitting with a disfunctional car in my parking lot. What an embarrassment this has been for my family before neighbors and everyone. I tried to contact the sales person on the matter but, no help, professionalism and honesty.

17 Sept 2024, 08:50How long will this thing go, I can wait anymore. Please replace my battery today or m taking the car back to Polokwane branch and I will not and have not taken any papers for it. If this is not done today, m going to tow truck the vehicle to the branch and demand my money back. This is poor service at its best, especially when your sales people start lying about things. He told me he tested the batter, I asked him proof he didn't provide nor did he show the person I sent to check the car. He told a lie to that person that he will replace the battery and he didn't. This was deliberate and now I must wait here with a useless car? ?No ways guys this service is trash!!!
