bought a car and returned it Nissan MURANO at SOUTH GATE

Highly disappointed by we buy cars. My name is Nompumelelo, i bought a car on the 18th June a Nissan Murano V6 2011. i returned the vehicle because i was dissatisfied with the assessment and the condition of the car. after i thought about it, it was returned back on the 27th June. its past a month already approaching second month. no Feedback and no refund to date. sales person who assisted was Karabo Ramochele. can i get my refund urgently. if this was a **** i will escalate further. i paid cash and to no avail, no calls no communication what so ever. this is poor customer service at its highest form
