Bogus Reports - Damaged vehicles sold as clean

We buy cars are the biggest ************ there are , i wouldn't recommend purchasing a vehicle from them as their speedy service ends as soon as they unload whatever polish turd they just sold you .

I bought a polo gti from them in December 2021 with a so called clean dekra report and it was also sent for a full inspection at Bosch Northcliff and came back clean , only for me to take the vehicle and find out about its excessive oil consumption , 4 trips later back and forth to bosch they decided it is the rings and the vehicle has to go through an engine overall , back and forth with we buy cars for 8 weeks of being told they will get everything sorted i was told they cannot cover the cost as its not viable .

2nd vehicle was an audi A1 , also clean reports full inspection just to have a gearbox issue on the automatic that nearly cost me my life on the high way .

Just for them to fix it and realize their pathetic customer experience consultant that was handling my case forgot to cancel the gti and load the A1 , she instead loaded a completely new deal , messing with my credit score effecting my application .

Eventually i had to take a new vehicle as apparently finance couldn't cover the A1 due to retail value being too low .

3rd Vehicle a mercedez benz B200 , a declared clean vehicle that hasn't given me issues this far except for We buy cars getting their in branch technician from netstar to fit a tracker weeks after my purchase only for the ***** to damage a wire on the seatbelt unit causing airbag and pre safe warning light to come on .

Just for them to give me issues about fixing it now .

Biggest most pathetic ************ under the sun. pathetic customer service

Not to mention that i have had multiple complaints from work colleagues and family that have had the same issue when purchasing from we buy cars

Only go to them if you have a vehicle no other dealer will touch. they will buy it and resell it as is so it can be someone else's issue
