BMW F30

I bought a BMW from WEBUYCARS the price i saw on line was R 165 000 the sales people did the application for finance and the care became R 206 000 with a balloon payment of R30000, i was told i need to pay for new tires and a service to get the car to pass road worth. The day i collected the car there was a warning light for low pressure in the new tires, over the weekend a warning for the drive train comes up. I notified the sales man whom im still waiting for a rely from. Why is it my responsibility to pay for the car to pass roadworthy, why are you selling un-roadworthy cars and not disclosing to me i will be held liable for the bill until after my finance has been approved then you add over R 65000 on top of the price of the car . But when there is a problem with the car you pretend to know nothing about the car, don't get back to me or arrange for the car to be sorted out its not even 7 days since i have owned this car.I said i would do the tires at my own time but was told the car cant leave the floor until this has been resolved. so now my R 206 000 car has drive train issues and you not willing to lift a finger but my additional 65k you were quick to lift your fingers to pocket the money.

Please get the issue on my car resolved.
