BMW 320i

I bought a BMW 320i last year December. The car only lasted a month and started giving me mechanical problems ( which was never stated on the report) 2 weeks back it went all quiet and couldn’t drive, I had to call a Tow truck and take it to the insurance warehouse. One of the agents said the’ll get back to me it’s been almost two weeks and she calls everyday to ask me the very same questions each and every day. Im absolutely dissatisfied with their service. VERY VERY POOR!!!!!
