Bitterly disappointed

How do you do business? My husband and I put a reserve on a car to buy at Phumelela Park Cape Town. We live in Johannesburg which is not a problem as my husband was prepared to fly down and collect the car and drive it up here. Two weeks ago he asked if he could send someone to go and look at the car as photos can be deceiving and he wanted to get a professional opinion. They told him that they first wanted to send it for a valet and then to see if all was ok. First they had to jump start the vehicle as it had been standing to long, then the guys switched the poles and ended up blowing the main fuse which had to be ordered. Needless to say today he got a voice note to say that there is too much wrong with the car???? How do you put a car on the floor, put a price tag on it, advertise it and only check it's running condition after someone wants to buy it? Bitterly disappointed at how these people do business. Be very wary of this company!
