BIG AUTO Expenses after buying at WBC - JHB South

I went to WBC JHB South on the ninth of May this year to see if I can sell my car and get myself a new car. I sold my “two-thousand and four Nissan Xtrail” to Hein Strydom, who was very professional and helpful. I went through the stock on the floor and came across a ”Two thousand and nine Hyundai Santa Fé”. The Vehicle looked overall in a very good condition. I was approached by Macdonald Makwela, who was extremely professional and helpful. I took the car for a test-drive and the vehicle stole my heart. There was a "knocking" sound from the Front - Right wheel. I figured it is only a CV joint that needs repairs. All the paperwork were done, and I drove home in my new car. On the Twenty first of May (twelve days after my purchase), I took the car for a major service as there was no history on the last “forty thousand km”. Oils, filters, rear breaks were done, etc. I was told by the Mechanic that there was a bad "humming sound" from the gearbox, and that the car will break down if I don't get it looked at and fixed. On his recommendation, the vehicle was taken to Autospec Transmission in Wynberg on the Thirty first of May (twenty two days after I purchased the car). After examining the Vehicle, I was told that the Transfer casing and the Right front drive shaft will have to be overall-ed. They quote me “Thirty one thousand, six hundred and twenty five Rand”. Apart from the big quote, my new car had to stay there in Wynberg for almost a month, because the parts had to be imported from Korea. I have had the car for four month now, and it spend six weeks in total for repairs. Up to date the car has cost me “Thirty six thousand, six hundred and thirty three Rand”. (The service and new battery included) I bought my vehicle "Voetstoots"! (As per WBC protocol) I was told afterword that it is not allowed any more to sell any vehicle Voetstoots. In fact, selling a vehicle mean, there must be a six month warranty in place. I was advised to contact the Sale Manager at WBC JHB South, to request help in the matter, or at least tell them my story in good faith. I was told that because I did not approach them in the first place regarding the matter, they cannot help me! As per WBC JHB South I was supposed to bring the vehicle In so that their approved mechanics could have a look at the car. I did advised them that I was informed to get to "proper approved help" ASAP!, otherwise the car will break down. Even though WBC offer exceptional service that that, the whole ordeal came back and bit me hard. I understand that high volumes of cars come in and out; but surely there must be a way of informing future buyer about "vehicle history". I told a lot of my friends about my great experience that day at WBC JHB South; but I had to change my story about the day, I bought the wrong vehicle. I'm in the ministry and the finance isn't much. I had to borrow money to fix the car. Now my biggest fear is, that something else might start giving problem.
