Bidding misconduct

Yesterday (04/12/2023) I participated in a bidding process for a vehicle at the George branche.I was at the time the highest bidder,and i am in capetown.I got an email saying that if i were to be out bidded ww buy cars will communicate with me.The bid expired at 12 o clock the same day.A minute before 12 i had my device in my hand,my eyes fixed on any changes that may took place on last minute or communication......nothing.So after the bid expired i waited in anticipation on we buy cars george to give me a call.And when i eecieved none,i called them.Just to be told the vehicle was sold to a dealer without giving me a fair chance on a counter offer.My opinion is that staff of we buy cars are in cahoits with dealers securing them all the good buy,s and merely using the public to participate.This to me is clearly an unfair labour practice.I have been buying vehicles from we buy cars for myself and my family for sometime now.Words can not explain how disapointed i am with this misconduct
