Beware purchasing through We Buy Cars

Participated in a We Buy Cars auction to purchase a Vehicle. This was a poor decision. We called the Montana branch to advise we had won the Bid for the vehicle. We had an appointment with OFenso who advised he could not keep the appointment and handed us over to Karabo. We waited at their premises for 4 hours to eventually receive this beaten up vehicle where nothing works. My story is a long one so I won’t bore you with all the details in this platform. I have contacted their customer care with no response received. What I did want to put out there is be wary of purchasing a vehicle through them as they do no checks whatsoever, they state the car is roadworthy ready which, in our case was untrue. I would NEVER use them again!!
