Beware of Webuycars company ,it's not professional as it looks,they are so quick to take your money but when you have problems with their cars they are too lazy to help you .29502 help

Webuycars sold me a car with a different engine number that do not correspond with the one on the book of the car .This is serious issue because I can be arrested for having a car with a different engine number than that one on the book and I can't even drive the car so I called them and asked for a refund since this engine could be a ****** engine so now they are taking time in solving the issue,they keep giving excuses e.g like, they are escalating the case but even when they say so, they never come back to you and when I call them, they do not pick up calls and sometimes they hang up.They are not even putting any effort in resolving my case because all I want is a refund which they told me it's gonna take 3days but it's been a week now but they keep on slowing down the process and giving me stories,All the proof that they wanted I have submitted but still no response with regards to the refund of my money..I am not going to ever buy anything from that company or advise anyone to do so because they are so quick to take your money but when you have a problem they do not want to assist.Right now I am so ****ed about the whole thing because this engine problem,it's something they should've told me before buying the car but they hid it from me ,only for me to find out about it later,after even fixing the engine..I bought new parts for the engine and I also did the suspension since it was leaking oil,so for them not assisting me and delaying with the refund process,makes me to arrive to a situation where I think or start to ask myself if it's a legit company or I was ****med???
