Beware of Webuy Cars and Wesbank

i bought a mini cooper, JRV picked up that the steering is damaged and need replacement, on numerous times we asked the Salesman if the steering was replaced and i was assured it was done by Jrv, we asked many times about this and was told it was done, took delivery of the vehicle that same day i noticed that there is something major wrong with the steering, communicated with Shaquell and Shaun both said they will get back to me, i called the workshop in this regards i have on black n white that they never have changed / worked on the steering, i was **** to by webuycars, then Shaquell said oh he cant get hold of the workshop, everytime i get told the quote is at the manager and he needs to approve the quote for steering, its 2 days now manager have not approved the quote yet, ALL I WANT IS THE STEEING TO BE REPLACED, I also noted that the fan kicks in imm when you start the vehicle, please sort this out
