We Buy Cars Silver Lakes are ****mers. We were deceived and misled by them. Avoid them at all costs. Please do your research on google before you even go there. There is a long thread on MyBroadband where unsatisfied customers complain about being ****med with DEKRA reports and issued with false DEKRA reports. Unfortunately we fell into a similar trap. We paid cash for a car, based on its "gold" condition and provided with a DEKRA report, indicating that the car was in a very good condition. We were given a voucher for the roadworthy test by the sales agent, Yaseem. Unfortunately it turned put that the voucher had already been used and that our car had countless serious issues. All along, we Buy Cars was in possession of a report issued after the report they had shown us, indicating that the car was not roadworthy. This report was withheld from us. The only route of recourse is to lodge a complaint through Customer Care. When you complain on social media, you get exactly the same generic response everywhere, which is probably what would happen with this one as well.. The managers are nowhere to be seen and heard and cannot be reached. The poor customer care agents have to ( admittedly ) deal with countless complaints abd sound completely exasperated. Rather buy a car from a company conducting their business in an honest manner.
