Beware of Refund Delays: My Negative Experience with We Buy Cars Richmond Branch in Cape Town

I was asked to pay an amount of R2,500 to secure a vehicle, with the understanding that if I decided not to proceed with the purchase, I would be refunded immediately. I made the payment to We Buy Cars on the 5th of September, and informed them the next day, on the 6th of September, that I would not be proceeding with the sale. However, to this day, I have not received my refund. Despite multiple follow-ups, I am repeatedly told that the transaction is still "in process."

I am extremely dissatisfied with their service and want to raise awareness for potential customers to avoid paying money into We Buy Cars' account. This negative experience occurred at their Richmond branch in Cape Town
