Beware - A total rip-off by a supposedly reputable company (We Buy Cars)

I recently bought a used vehicle from them. As per the salesman I had to pay an additional R1950 to get everyone done or else I could do it myself. I paid the money to save time etc. When I collected the registration document yesterday I was told that I now need to get a roadworthy report, get a license, and fit number plates. This is after the amount paid. Normally any other dealership includes all of these for the additional money paid but not We Buy Cars. The salesman also mentioned to both me and my wife that the car is already roadworthy. He also mentioned to me and my uncle that the car is serviced and the R1950 includes EVERYTHING!!
