Below standard service and risky DEKRA reporting

I purchased a 2011 1.3 ford bantam on 17/03/2022 from JHB south branch. The vehicle had a dekra report no mention of a radiator leak I almost blew engine driving back to KZN. I am to date 31/07/2022 still waiting for my log book after several messages to the salesman and calls to the NATIS division. Please can someone help!!!
