Before I realised what was happening, Mr Unice (forgot his surname) grabbed me and I was test-driving my dream car. Before I could act, the car was placed on auction which in turn forced me to participate in the bidding process. Mr Bradan April contacted me to congratulate me and start with the paperwork. The professionalism was outstanding and two days later (Monday) I went through to the Richmond branch to collect the car. At the same time I took my old vehicle along for an evaluation and trade-in. Mr Rudi (forgot surname) stood by me through the whole process. It took a total of approximately an hour before the money from my trade-in vehicle reflected in my bank account. Mr Bradan April in the meantime cleaned my new vehicle and presented it with a large red bow on the bonnet while taking some pictures of us for the photo album.
