Be very very extra careful when you buy a car from we buy cars. I bought one and is very disappointed I laid a complaint by customer service because when we got home we discovered that there were no jack and wheel spanner in the car and got the this email back saying that I checked the car so they can't be held responsible that there was no jack and wheel spanner in the car. They are now blaming me. I feel that the sales person was supposed to check that the emergency tools like the jack and wheel spanner was in there before signing the car over to us. Yes we did check the interior like seats and the outside body the engine was started and we went for a test drive. It was far from our mind to check if there were a jack or wheel spanner in the car. We paid over R80 000.00 for this car and we buy cars are refusing to give us a jack and wheel spanner with this car. Instead they send us this email saying we had over enough time to fully check the car and we can go take it further with the ombudsman if we like. We'll they covered by there policy and 6 page letter they send me and the sales person did not any of this info that was in this letter. Well guys. That is my disappointment. I am not saying you should not buy there vehicles just be very careful. It is such a shame that this is the bad service I received from such a big company. I am also still waiting on the personalised number plates that the we buy cars buyer of my pervious was supposed to return to me. He send me a message they can only fined one number plate and it is 6 days after they collected my previous car.
