BE AWARE OF EVERYTHING WHEN DEALING WITH THEM.

Absolute ********. Sold me supposed 2006 Honda CBR900rr and subsequently found out it was a 1992 Honda CBR900 with 2006 ferrings on it. Immediately contacted customer care and was treated like a piece of dirt for at least a week until someone got back to me. There company policy states that complaints will be dealt with within 10 working days and mine took almost 50. Only to be told I was in the wrong. Apparently they go off the date that the vehicle was first registered and not when it was built. So I'd you buy a 1920 ford that was imported from Botswana and only registered in South Africa in 2021 they will advertise the vehicle as a 2021 Ford. What absolute ****. The natis document even states first registration date that this is not the vehicle build date. Oh, but we buy cars say it is. They are *******. I never even asked for money back, merely asked for the bike to be swapped with something newer like I wanted originally. Don't even try and speak to a manager, they just dont care and are never available. I mean never.... So bottom line is I purchased a motorcycle where the ad stated 2006 Honda CBR900rr Fireblade only to find out from Honda it is a 1992 model with 2006 plastic ferrings. They didn't even make a cbr900 in 2006. But We Buy Cars won't rectify the issue and are adimant they are correct in there description. *******
