Baught a car havent been given any of the car's paperwork

i bought a car at we buy cars on the 6th of February 2020 the car is fine no problem with it the sales person helped me buy was instructed to deliver the papers to Pretoria and he didn't been sending emails and calling and continuously being told that they will make a plan and its been a month now all the emails i sent have not been responded to i asked customer care if i don't call i don't get any feedback from them so i took the car back and i don't want it anymore as I'm not the owner and title holder of the car so i took it back been asking for my refund nothing is happening i gave them the invoice and all the paperwork that was given and the car till today no feedback was given or my hard earned money hasn't been returned to me the owner of the money i cant drive or insure the car so please just give me my money i will buy elsewhere now please send my money back.
