Bad Vehicle Purchase Volvo XC60 2013 2.0 D3 excel

I purchased a 2013 Volvo 2.0 XC60 D3 Excel with no major defects, only normal wear and tear. The Dekra report issues were addressed upon receipt of the vehicle on 29-01-2025. used the vehicle for 2 months (6000 km later) around the end of March 2025, and it started having catastrophic engine problems and losing power. I spoke to the sales rep who assisted me with the purchase, and he advised that I should raise a concern with the customer care department. So I did that and was told to take the vehicle for full diagnostics and request a quote for repairs, so I did as I was told. returned the full diagnostics report with a repair quote of R42000 as requested, and then I got a response saying the car repair request is rejected, and a whole essay was attached as a reason for the rejection. I have come to the knowledge that the Dekra reports conducted on the vehicles are bogus and inaccurate most of the time that which leads to unhappy customers like myself and end up having a bad experience. I will be taking this issue to MIOSA for further review and advice as to what's the best way I can tackle this problem.
