BAD Services

I have bought a few cars in my live so far and to be " FRANK " if their is a star rating for **** Poor Performance or we don't give a **** they are it. Yes WE BUY Cars we waited more then 45 min for a sales person to help us then had a look at the car so then you think ok this will only take a few days then you can get the car . Yes well we on Day 13 and still nothing NO OTP , NO Call from DEAN the sales guy or Christine Training F&I nothing . Promises to get back to you the same story but never do what they say.... Even if you try to call them we get a story and then nothing more, there is NO Customer Services or any that makes me want to go back to buy another car or tell everyone that we had great service.Now we get a email on day 11 to say the finance has been declined , How do you now after so many days but we were already been approved and now we not . I can go on and on and on but I will not have anything good to say about WE BUY CARS at all even if someone want's to buy from them FIND SOMEONE ELS to buy from and i'm sure we not the only people out there that feel this strong about them.
