bad service/horrible service

i bought a mitsubishi mirage at we buy cars the dome branch i have been waiting for natis documents i have been calling them everyday today they called me to go and collect the papers when i get there there are no papers they sent me a copy of the papers the car is till under thier name .which change of ownership they were doing for me.that place is the worse place ever to purchase a car you will call them everyday still they wont do anything right.the disc of the car has expired the car is still not in my name .the car is parked in my garage.i cant use it .worse place ever
