Bad Service, Your money is nothing to them they care nothing for our clients.

I bought a VW Tiguan TSI in April 2021. After buying the car one month later the car did not wanted to start. After replacing the battery with a new one, Battery Centre advised us that I must took the car to an auto mechanic as the battery get drained so there is an mechanical fault on the car. I did contact we buy cars and they did not want to assist. After I send a complain to MIOSA they recommends that WE BUY CARS must come and collect the car or repair it on their own cost. Mr Yuvanne Sutton assist me with the complaint. After repairing the alternator the car is still doing the same and did not wanted to drive at all. R174500 paid in cash for a car and it is not working unacceptable bad poor service. I received The car license 2 months after I bought the car and the transfer cost was not paid by them. Can someone please assist urgently. I did send an email to Yuvanne but still no feedback.
