Bad service without any understanding or help
I bought a car A grade certified car. 2 weeks after purchase we had to replace the back brakes and the battery as the brakes were iron on iron and the battery was in horrible condition and had us stranded twice in 2 weeks. Webuycars refuse to reimburse us. The first installment has not even gone off. There reason being we replaced it without there consent. How could I safely drive any further with the condition of the car as is. This was a unsafe situation. I have to mention the day zi was at the brake place and the already declined the brake request. Who didn't I ask for approvement before installation. I have been back and forth with them and they still won't help met. How do I have to pay 3k before the first installment even went off. Like I said here about. This was supposed to be a A GRADE CERTIFIED CAR
