BAD SERVICE WITH NO FEED BACK

On 27 August 2021 I bought a 2014 Renault Duster from We buy Cars Germiston and I was told that it will take 21 working days for me to receive the new license disk and number plates. After the 21 working days with no response I requested feedback. I was then advised on 07/10/2021 that they have not received the original Natis to do the licensing from Head Office and that it was sent in on 06/10/2021. On 03/11/2021 i sent in a complaint and was called by one of their consultants and was advised I will receive feedback soon with regards to this, as they are investigating. Today 09/11/2021 I received a message for them advising that the road worthy certificate has expired and I will need to either redo it my self and they will reimburse me or I can take the car their for them to do it. NOW I do not have the money to take it to the road worth my self and I said I can take the car there but WHO IS PAYING MY TIME AND FUEL TO DO THIS??? This is really bad service and disrespectful to me as a client. I want this sorted with ZERO cost to me. I think 2 months driving an unlicensed car is long enough.
