Bad Service - WeBuyCarsTheDome

I have had such bad experience with We Buy Cars The Dome - I bought a car from them and now in order to obtain my service history from BMW so that I can send to innovation group so they can authorize my warranty claim, it has become a mission! The agents are so quick to sell cars without proper procedure, they reassured me that the history is up to date and its loaded on the BMW system and I can get it anytime. Now when I call BMW, they have want a copy of the NATIS before they can send me the detailed service history record. WeBuyCars is failing to assist me as they keep saying the NATIS has been sent to the Bank, the Bank is saying they requested it from WeBuyCars......
