Bad service We Buy Cars Midstream

I sold many cars to WBC with excellent service, will however never do business with them again. Bought a vehicle online, dekra report clean, sales person assured me the vehicle was very clean only to pay and fly down to pick up the vehicle with damage. The worst experience ever, spoke to customer care a John, very rude, they block you cant escalate a query. It seems they only want to offload the vehicle with no aftersales service, they are not interested in any queries. Worst place to buy a vehicle from!!
