Bad Service & ********* Trading by We Buy Cars.

Blatantly *********. The sales person (Chad from the PE branch) completely misrepresented the vehicle. Confirmed that it was accident free, with nothing to spend on the vehicle. On inspection (after payment and selling of my vehicle - so in a pressured situation to make it work), learnt that the vehicle had in fact been in an accident (body work required all round with bad body work already done), had mismatched tyres, and was a complete dirty mess. Needed to spend almost R40k on fixing a vehicle that had "nothing to spend". To make it worse is that they could not find the spare key on collection (despite confirming that the vehicle had one), and promised to send it to me (it's now been almost two months), and they promised to resolve the issues around the tyres, as I specifically asked toward the condition of the tyres and if they matched, to which they simply **** and are now not getting back to me.

So long story short. They buy cars that normal traders don't want, because they are in a bad condition. Then they sell them to the inexperienced public, as if nothing is wrong, and then use the defense saying they are a wholesaler. This is blatantly ********* and you need to make sure that you have a vehicle expert with you when buying from them as lying and misrepresenting their vehicles due to the volumes they sell.

Also now that there are no after sales service. Where other traders will help solve post sales issues, they simply reply by saying they are a wholesaler.
