Bad service, slow feedback. Terrible at selling cars.

We buy cars took more than 3 weeks to finalize my deal . Offer me R220 000 trade in on 19 May. Now when they finalize the buy on 10 June they only offer R195000(less than a month later). Does not make sense. I had 3 sales people helping me at the Dome. The service is shocking. We buy cars can buy cars , but cannot sell cars to safe there lives.
