Bad service-Silverlakes We Buy Cars - Poor customer service
I bought a VW Tiguan Highline at Silverlakes and was assisted by Diago
Took delivery of the vehicle on 29/11/2024 On the 30th the vehicle showed a gearbox error message, they towed it back to them. I want them to cancel the deal
They keep running diagnostics and picking up more errors yet they are delaying the cancelation. On the Derka report had there were no errors everything was excellent
Now I am stranded, I have no vehicle. I have to rent cars to commute to and from work because they do not have courtesy vehicles.
