Bad service: Service Plan

We have been emailing and calling webuycars because our car needs a service and we took out a service plan but they don't respond and when they do they don't help, they are not holding the service plan. We have now serviced the car at our own expense, and this is not an acceptable service as we paid extra money when we bought the car from them specifically for the service.
