Bad Service - ******** - Don't give a damn about clients.

We saw a Mercedes Benz Class A 180 cdi Elegance auto on their website and decided that we would like to buy the car. We went there on the 2nd of November 2018. When we got there, I asked someone about the vehicle and they showed me in which direction I had to go and look. I told him that he must please sent someone to come and assist me. We saw a vehicle that looked exactly the same as the one we were looking for and thought that it was the one. So we started to climb in the vehicle and look at everything. After about 15 minutes there were still no one to come and help us. So I decided to go and look for some help. I walked past about six people and no one asked me if they could help me. At the entrance I found a guy and he was very helpful. He even got us a golf cart to ride in. When we got to the motor we found that that one was not the correct one and still needed to be priced. So we started looking for the once we wanted to have a look at. Eventually we found it and had a look. It was not very clean inside and we started to ask if they would do the roadworthy as well. As it was explained to us the previous day that it can be done. I also asked them to clean it for us. The guy then called his superior and we had a chat with him. We were then in between if we must not rather buy the other car for a bit more as it then was priced. The superior told us that he would suggest we rather buy the car that we came for. We did not take if for a test drive, as they did mention it but after we said we think we must take it, they did not tell us again to take it for a test drive. So we did the transaction and it took them 3 days to do the roadworthy and to clean it. I had to tell them I will be there on Wednesday after work to come and collect. I don't know how they do roadworthy as the front tyres are in a bad shape and the mags are welded. The cars are so closed parked against each other so that you cannot inspect very good and they did not ask us if they can pull the vehicle out. We are two ladies and I think that when they saw we are only two woman they ripped us off. When we went to fetch the car, it was still at the valet. So we had to fetch the car there. We had to wait about an hour before we could get the car. When we got into the car and started it, we saw that the engine light is on. We then drove it and then it started to loose power. So we took the car to a mechanic and they found that it was a big problem and the gearbox is starting to go and we were informed that we cannot drive it for long anymore. We had to replace four sensors and a battery and now we must still do injectors and the gearbox - which in total will cost us about R50000.00. It is now two weeks later, and I am still waiting for my papers. We bought the car for R56000.00 and when I called them to sell the car again (they did not know it was me) they only wanted to give me between R40000 and R50000. I am sure if they had a look at the car and found the engine light on, they would not have given me more than R40000.00. I did not mention this to them, as I knew about their policy of buy as is. But now I see in the reviews that it is against the law to sell a vehicle as is or voetstoots. So now I would like to hear what they have to say. The lady dealing with the roadworthy is as slow as a turtle and I have to be in contact with her regularly to get my stuff. As I said still waiting for the car's papers. I want Webuycars to refund us on the vehicle. I wanted to buy another vehicle there, but will not and will not recommend them to anybody.
