Bad service / not abiding by CPA rules

I was interested in buying a vehicle from their Midrand /Centurion branch and apl**** for finance (which was approved).

I was alsi informed that I will have to buy a 2-year warranty (compulsary).

Upon them taking the vehice to DECRA, it was found that the cehicle had a few peoblems which needed to be attended to, prohibiting the vehicle from passing the Roadworthy tests (globes / fuses blown, oil leak and priblems with suspension - balljoints, stc.)

WeBuyCars advised that this will be repaired, but at MY cost. Totally unacceptable (as per the Consumer Protection Act)... As per the CPA, they should also provide me with a 6 minth warranty (which was not discussed either). In lighylt of the above, their customers shoud have a two and a half year warranty (6 monthe as per CPA as well as a 2 year warranty (purchased)...

In light of the above, this company does not abide by the CPA laws of SA...
