Bad service no client service at all

I Phillip wanted to buy a vehicle from we buys cars cape town. I called them on 29th January 2020 at 11:55 spoke someone to which i was told someone will get in touch me... On the30th January 1 2020 I spoke to Rose, I explained to which vehicle I was interested in and she took my name and number to which she would get someone from Pretoria to contact me that day still. Again i waited the entire day and nobody called me back. In the 31st I called one of the branches in Durban to which I was on hold for a long time to which my airtime of more than a hundred rand and nobody picked up just please hold the entire time?? What type of businesses is this as I want ti buy the vehicle cash?? I then called Wayne Duarttee regional manager in Durban at 18:00 to which he also didn't take my call, I sent him a WhatsApp and 2 voice notes to which all was read and no response also I sent him pics of the vehicle but still no one has gotten back to me???!!!!!!

This is pathetically service for a company as big as we buy cars.. I am sure that I might have lost that specific vehicle by now !!! Worst service ever!!!! I hope that they see en get a lot of reviews not as good as they say !!! Service sucks Phillip Kilian ***
