Bad Service from We Buy Cars George Branch

The service received at We Buy Cars in George is shockingly bad. The whole process of buying the vehicle was hard work. They took weeks to pay Wesbank a refund owing to them. I was told it would take about two weeks for the vehicle's number plates to be done. It was never done. After endless phoning (at least 8 times) i eventually managed to get hold of Bridget but by that time i had to go and re-roadworthy the vehicle because it had expired. I then had to go and do the registration and number plates myself after We Buy Cars had already charged me for this service which i did not get. I have now submitted the slips to Briget at the George Branch to refund me as i have already been charged for it (emailed twice now). I am still waiting for her to come back to me - we are now in August. This process started in March! Won't buy a vehicle from We Buy Cars again.
