BAD SERVICE FROM WE BUY CARS DURBAN

I paid a deposit of R4000 on 3 April 2025 to be able to bid on a certain vehicle. I was outbid and I request them to refund my deposit. They asked for a lot of documents including 3 months bank statements and I send everything. They acknowledge receiving everything, but they haven't paid back my money. Every time I enquire, they said they are investigating the matter. This is not acceptable anymore. This is webuycars, Durban. Everything I enquire, they are telling me that they are investigating the matter.
