Bad service from we buy cars and Mayfiar gearbox

we buy cars has no after sale service. We bought 2 cars in november 2022 witch of both broke down in the firts 2 months . no courtesy car . we had to beg steel and borrow to get to work and schools. Our cars was at Mayfair gearbox who also give no feedback unless your phone them... 3 weeks before we had reports from them. we only got to cancel one purchase 3weeks ago . my car was fixed with mayfair gearbox but in 2 weeks time the same fault occured. my car is back to mayfair but i had to keep on phoning them they do no give feedback do not get feedback from we buy cars. we are trying to cancel the purchase but we buy cars do not give me feed back. i have been without a car now for 3 weeks...
