BAD SERVICE FROM WE BUY CARS

I bought a KTM motorcycle in March 2023 at the Polokwane branch. With the purchase I requested the salesman to make sure that the motorcycle does have a full service history as it was advertized as such, the sales person agreed that he made sure of the service history. I requested a service on the vehicle too, before delivery as this was very important to me. After the vehicle was transported to the Port Elizabeth branch and I took delivery of the bike I realized that there were not even 1 service documented in the service book. I requested We Buy Cars PE to sort this out because I bought a bike with a full service history according to their ad. After about a month I received the service book from We Buy Cars PE and it now had the service that I paid for with purchase documented in the service book. I contacted KTM and according to them the bike only had 1 service at just over 1000km but not one yearly service as supposed to have. I reported this matter to We Buy Cars PE and they also investigated the matter and agreed that there was a problem as the bike was sold with service history but did not have. Up to today I had no response from them and are paying the instalment and insurance on a bike that I am not using due to the uncer*****y with We Buy Cars.
