Bad service from We Buy Cars

We enquired about a car on Thursday, 4 November. A salesperson came back to us on the Thursday afternoon, we asked for a OTP, so we can organise finance. We Buy Cars dragged on the whole week requesting pre approval from the bank, because we want to organise our own finance. They get a kick back from the banks it finance is done through them. Today I get an email, we can't buy the car anymore as we don't want to do the finance though them. If they sent an OTP when we asked, we would have had the finance.
