Bad service from we buy cars

I had a bad experience buying a car from Webuycars not once but twice. I won the bid but when I go to view their cars they wouldn't start those cars are s**** cars and I was promised to be refunded I sent all documents however I have not received my refund until this day and when you contact their customer service you also get bad service they pretend to be assisting but they not really doing anything just lies to calm you down . I wouldn't recommend we buy cars to anyone based on my experience and trust me getting a refund is a mission so think twice before you deposit your money but their website states that it takes upto 72 hours but it's been a week now waiting for my refund. I would never do business with them ever again not any of my family will or my friends will do business with them I promise you that.
