Bad service from we buy cars

My Natis documents still held at we buy cars pitermaritzburg after I contacted their Natis department spoke to a consultant [Brian] to request documents to be muved to midstream branch on the 12 December 2025.

Contacted the Natis department again today and another consultant (Karabo) informed me that nothing was done. Karabo's attitude and tone of voice sounded like a government employee who is not interested in helping. Now im stuck and I dont even know who will help as it looks like I will need to drive from Pretoria to pitermaritzburg just to collect vehicle registration documents.
