Bad service from We Buy Cars

I have had a car I bought from these people for a few months and it is STILL not transferred to my name despite paying the "admin fee". I sent numerous emails got a few calls, they even came and took car one day still nothing. Last week I sent them an email notifying that I am returning the car, no acknowledgement. I sent another yesterday still nothing again. This is to tell them I am bringing and I want my refund. I am done. I have been patient. No more. I know they will give me trouble but whatever. Bad service is bad service.
