Bad Service from We Buy Cars

i bought a vehicle from the Silver Lakes branch in October, Communication from the sales person was not clear when purchasing the vehicle regarding registration. I called the next day just to clarify a few things, but my phone calls were ignored. Even their Customer Care were not very helpful. I visited the branch personally after almost 4 weeks still waiting for the registration papers and spoke to the branch manager. He assisted and confirmed the registration was done the previous day and promised to deliver the papers personally the Friday afternoon. Needless to say not even this realized. He also ignored my calls that afternoon and only the next morning answered with the excuse he "forgot" about the promise he made to me. Only bright side, he had it delivered that morning. Dont know if I would make use of We Buy Cars again.
