Bad service from Silverlakes branch sales department.

WeBuyCars silverlakes branch sales department, the F&Is specifically really offer the worst service. Gitte Kietzmann who is the F&I that assisted us at the silverlakes branch has even blocked my number on WhatsApp because of a refund that is due to my mother. It's been over 2 months now, we escalated the case and she closed it off as resolved without even haven spoken to my mom. She doesn't respond to emails, doesn't answer calls. Really the worst service from an F&I. The reason for the second star is that the buying department really gave us great service. Do not buy at the silverlakes branch, they're terrible.
