bad service from PAUL

you guys sold me car but I still don't have papers/documentation for my car I cant insure it or install tracker as I need to change registration 1st . I've been calling the call center since DECEMBER 2020 still to date no one has called me Paul is the dealer that assisted me to purchase now he doesn't reply to my sms and calls . I'm really not happy with the service I'm receiving the car was purchased cash I don't get why I'm being delayed all I need is my documents.
